As President of RMG, Tatia Rose serves as the primary booking agent of the Nashville RMG Talent Division and Voice/Piano instructor at the WV location. Rose has also developed a unique Special Needs Music Program at both locations, mostly due in part to her advocacy work with Autism Speaks. In addition to her duties as President and owner of the business, she is also an active member of the National Recording Academy, a published songwriter (The Seam 2011/2012), and classically trained pianist who serves as Musical Director St. James Parish.





JANINE LE CLAIR (NASHVILLE)

Acting Coach / Vocal Teacher


Janine Le Clair is among Nashville’s best as an Acting Coach and Vocal Teacher, having built a solid reputation over the last number of years as a Music Row resident talent. On stage, Le Clair has played leading-lady for professional musical and productions internationally, such as The Sound of Music, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Secret Garden, Brighton Beach Memoirs, and Annie to name just a few. Le Clair also has vast on-camera talent experience acting in network television commercials for financial institutions, home furnishings, restaurants and tourist destinations as far away as Australia. At her roots, Janine Le Clair hails from Ontario Canada where she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts Musical Theater degree. She was in good company as one of just 17 individuals accepted from across the country into this triple honors program in acting, voice and dance. From a humble small town upbringing, Le Clair earned her education through a scholarship based on her exemplary achievements. Janine Le Clair excels as a teacher herself and now marries her talent and enthusiasm to help others. Sharing her time and experience as an Acting Coach is just one way in which she gives back to the community and honors all of her great teachers and mentors. She teaches under the principles of Stanislavski, Uta Hagen, Meisner and specializes in improvisation and comedy. Le Clair's personality is warm and inviting and her coaching style is patient, fun and goal effective.



PHIL YOCHUM (NASHVILLE)

Drums


Drum Instructor, Phil Yochum was born in Australia and raised in Colorado. He began his rhythmic journey through dance by studying tap/jazz and swing. West Coast Swing dancing took him to L.A. where he competed on a national level. He studied drumset throughout high school with session drummer Dennis Holt and upon graduation, Phil moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Percussion. There he was exposed to different genres of commercial and classical music under the instruction of Brian Fullen, Chester Thompson, Todd London, Dr. Chris Norton and Derico Watson. Drumming for Belmont's Show Choir, Rock Ensemble and Jazz String Septet pushed Phil to master a variety of genres.

Phil also works with special needs’ children to incorporate rhythm and motion, allowing them to bypass their verbal/social restraints to express themselves freely.



MICHAEL GUTIERREZ (NASHVILLE)

Woodwinds


Originally from Peru, Nashville-based Michael Gutierrez has 20+ years of training, professional gigs, and teaching experience with woodwinds including saxophone,flute, and clarinet. Studying under Belmont’s Associate Dean of Music Dr. Jeff Kirk, the Head of Jazz Studies at MTSU Don Aliquo, and University of Maryland’s Head of Jazz Studies Chris Vadala, Michael has developed a broad range of classical technique, jazz theory, and improvisational skills that place him at the forefront of Nashville’s music scene. Michael has performed and/or recorded with such artists and bands as 5-time Grammy winner Roy “Futureman” Wooten, Jeff Coffin, Steve Cropper, Black Mozart Ensemble, and the Nashville Symphony and has performed at such venues as the Kennedy Center, the Schermerhorn, Opryland Hotel, Live on the Green, and TPAC. Bringing his passion for all musical styles to each lesson, Michael shares his knowledge and talent with each student, enabling them to gain confidence and master any musical situation they encounter!



REBECCA FRAZIER (NASHVILLE)

Guitar


Rebecca Frazier holds the honor of being the first-ever woman on the cover of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine (September 2006). She has also been featured in Bluegrass Now (April 2006) for her flatpicking guitar and vocal accomplishments. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Rebecca has played guitar since she got a Yamaha dreadnought for Christmas at age 12. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the flatpick guitar and bluegrass music. Rebecca is a co-founder of award-winning Hit & Run Bluegrass and has toured festivals and venues across the U.S. and Canada. She was also a co-founder of the All Night Honky Tonk All Stars, a Gram Parsons/Emmylou Harris influenced 70's alt-country band based in Colorado. She currently resides in Nashville, TN, where she does freelance studio and stage work and continues to perform with Hit & Run and Donna Hughes Band.



CHAD MCCUE (WHEELING)

Guitar


Chad McCue is a guitarist from Washington, Pa he started his musical endeavor at age 8 with Russ Barker. In his youth he played in percussion ensembles and jazz ensembles. He then went on to study with Tony Janflone Sr. After years of playing solo he formed the band The Strange Brigade and performed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He left the band in 2008 and went to study with Pittsburgh legend Tony Janflone Jr. In 2006 he started giving private lessons in Washington, Pa and is a former Instructor of the Washington Music Center. Chad strives to make lessons fun and educational by exposing the students' to various types of music and building a strong foundation in theory, and technique.



LORA BOURLAND (NASHVILLE)

Piano, Voice, Special Needs Programs


Lora Bourland moved to Nashville to pursue a degree in music education. While obtaining her degree she was fortunate to travel Europe on a singing tour, performing with ensemble in locations such as Vatican Square, Westminster Abbey and Notre Dame. Lora has several years of experience as a choir director and music educator in the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, as well as serving as a children’s/youth choir director at several local churches. Now that she’s entered a more professional stage of her life, she keeps her music chops active by helping lead worship several times a month and taking extra gigs here and there. Seeing children succeed and thrive, especially in music, is her passion and she is thankful to have found a place that embodies that desire!



CHAD HAMMONDS (NASHVILLE)

Piano


Chad Hammonds is an extremely versatile and experienced pianist. He studied at the Cadek Conservatory of Music in Chattanooga where he received a broad musical foundation. After performing competitively in classical music, He expanded his reach into jazz and contemporary gospel music. Since then he has worked as a church music director at several progressive churches and has been a sought after studio musician and music programmer. His credits include live performances with various artists including Natalie Cole and Walter Hawkins.



MICHAEL PRATT (NASHVILLE)

Percussion


Upon first picking up the drums at age 12, Michael Pratt has since developed an affinity for rhythm and natural talent for playing percussion. He has obtained his Bachelors and Masters degree in percussion performance, and has been playing and teaching professionally for several years. Teachers he has had the pleasure of studying with include Dr. John Pennington, Dr. Chris Norton, and Nashville Symphony Percussionist Rich Graber. He has played, recorded, and toured with such acts as Lacey Black and Red Rhapsody, Cirvant and SOHA, Augusta Vain, Madison Hardy, to name a few. Drumset teachers include famed drummers Zoro, Chester Thompson, and Jim Riley. He has recently had the pleasure to develop and organize the library of drumset teaching curriculum and resources for the WO Smith Music School in Nashville, TN. MATTHEW JOY (NASHVILLE)

Guitar


Matthew Joy hails from Boston MA where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music. It was there that he really started to learn the craft of composing and arranging for jazz orchestra and small ensembles. After finishing college he began vigorously composing and arranging for solo nylon and 12-string guitar while playing around Boston and New York. He later went on to form the group “Orchestra of This”, an acoustic world fusion jazz quartet performing his original compositions. In addition he played lead guitar with the soulful singer Jesse Dee with whom he recorded two studio albums. Having shared the stage with some of Boston's finest musicians as well as Los Lobos, Preston Reed, and Etta James, Matthew has also performed festivals and venues in the U.S., Canada, U.K, and Europe. On top of all this he has been teaching students, of all ages and styles, the art of guitar playing for over ten years. Currently Matthew is living in Nashville TN teaching, performing, composing, and working for his masters degree in Jazz Composition at MTSU.
